Selling and Marketing yourself

For people who have been unemployed less than 2 years, their issues and barriers are often around status, confidence, self belief, ability to be resilient and rebound from the knocks they’ve experienced which have left them unemployed.



Customer Service

This programme covers some of the same topics for a similar but more specifically focused audience, who perhaps has a clearer idea that they want a role in customer service. It has a greater emphasis on service and participants gain a level 2-customer service qualification from HABC (Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance)

There is an emphasis on creating case studies and videos to demonstrate customer service skills that are a useful tool to show employers.
